3. Measles Rash
The main symptom associated with measles is a rash. People often think they have a cold or flu until the rash appears. Typically, the rash will breakout 3 to 5 days after other symptoms present themselves. In pictures, the rash appears as reddish-brown spots which begin at the hairline and work their way down the neck, arms, and legs. A full body rash generally lasts 5 to 6 days before fading.
