While Measles was declared eliminated from the U.S. in 2000 there are still people who are at risk of contracting the disease. People are more likely to contract measles if they meet any of the following criteria:

• Not immunized
• Have traveled to developing countries where the virus is still prevalent
• Experience Vitamin A deficiency
