3. Penile Discharge
Chlamydial urethritis can result in men if they contract chlamydia. When this happens, the urethra swells and becomes inflamed. As a result, a man may experience discharge from their penis. It usually looks like a milky pus. For some men, the discharge looks yellow or beige. This sign of chlamydia usually happens alongside pain in the tip of the penis and/or testicles. Other STDs, as well as a urinary tract infection, can cause penile discharge as well. This is why testing is just as important in men as it is in women.
