7. Cervical Mucus Method
This is a second method that uses your cervical mucus to predict fertile days. With this method, you are simply looking at the thickness of your cervical mucus. The thicker the mucus, the easier it can “catch” sperm to increase the risk of pregnancy. So, you want to chart the thickness every day. The most fertile days typically occur when your cervical mucus has a consistency similar to raw egg whites. When you notice an increase in thickness, do not have unprotected intercourse.
