8. Sympto-Hormonal Method
This method involves tracking three common signs of fertility, including your basal body temperature, cervical mucus, and cervix characteristics. Each day, you will check and make note of your mucus, temperature, and cervix. Look for a drop in your temperature for the basal body temperature element. For your cervical mucus, you want to make note of how much there is, its thickness and its texture. Regarding your cervix, when you are fertile, it will become higher, softer and harder to reach.
