10 Symptoms of HIV

2. Dry Cough

Dry cough that doesn’t seem to go away after a week or two shouldn’t be neglected. However, unlike dry cough due to allergies, dry cough due to HIV doesn’t progress in a straight line. Along the way there are other signs, such as weakness in the body and body pain. People with this symptom shouldn’t chalk it up to a common cold. Nor would it be wise to not see the doctor because a severe cough may expose the person to the risk of throat injuries as well.
