4. Genital Dampness
A sign of genital warts is wetness in the genital area. This is a sign when the area stays wet or becomes worse over time. You often have to use powder to keep yourself dry, or if you are a female you may have to wear a pad. The downside of wearing powder is that it can cause even more discomfort. The wetness can cause the spots to become sore, and can even cause them to spread over time.
