6. Fatigue
Even though it seems strange, genital warts can cause fatigue. You can develop fatigue from diseases like genital warts because your immune system is trying to fight off the disease. Your body may become weakened from trying to fight it off and cause you to become extremely tired. Fatigue is a sign of many different diseases but typically shows as an early sign for genital warts.
