Swollen lymph nodes and glands are another common symptom of genital warts. This occurs in the glands and lymph nodes in the genitals. Infection is often the cause of this problem. You may develop pain. You can often use over the counter medications to help with this problem, but sometimes you may need prescription medications to relieve this symptom.
