4. Complications
As we mentioned earlier, testicular torsion is serious business. If left untreated, substantial complications can be incurred. Untreated testicular torsion can result in the loss of the testicle through surgical removal. It can also cause severe damage to the testicle. Severe damage can result in loss of total functionality. Functionality including the ability to have children. As a result, this condition needs to be treated right away.
