The second thing you need to know about gonorrhea is that it is only spread by sexual contact and not normal contact. The myths that persist about STDs, including the ability to transmit through normal contact or by something like sitting on a toilet seat, are simply false. Gonorrhea is spread by sex only; specifically by vaginal sex, anal sex or oral sex.
