3. Kidney Stones
Sometimes testicular pain causes may lie outside the reproductive system. This is the case with kidney stones which are minerals that crystallize and stick together in your kidney making urine more concentrated. Some men may be more prone than others, but it is still unknown what exactly causes them. The stones pass from your kidney into your bladder before exiting through the urethra. Medication may be necessary to numb the pain of passing urine.
