5. Varicocele
Do you ever feel discomfort in your testicles when you stand up? Does it seem to get worse as the day progresses? If yes, you may have varicocele. This condition occurs when the valves in the veins transporting de-oxygenated blood in your scrotum fail. This causes the veins to enlarge as a result of the build-up. It is normally characterized by left testicle pain due to the positioning of the veins. The pain can range from mild to extreme. Though varicoceles are easily treatable, you may want to see a doctor any time you experience left testicle pain as they are the most common cause of infertility in men.
