6. Sensitivity

If you have a blood clot in your leg, you might experience some sensitivity in the limb. The leg might have a persistent throbbing sensation, which might be an indication of deep-vein thrombosis. You might also feel some pain and/or sensitivity if you try walking, and sometimes pain and tenderness from simply standing. There are other external signs and symptoms of clotting, but these internal sensitivities are a good way to make sure that what you are experiencing is a blood clot. As always, monitor the swelling very closely and, if it doesn’t subside, go to the hospital or a local walk-in clinic.
