6. STis Spread More Easily Through Ejaculation
Each STI is different, but most of them can spread very easily through male ejaculate. This includes both the fluid from a man orgasming and the “pre-cum” that some men release before orgasming. People who give oral sex to an infected partner and end up having these fluids in the mouth are more likely to get an STI. However, this does not mean that people who have oral sex without involving male ejaculate are completely protected.
