9. Giving Fellation Is the Riskiest Activity
Almost every type of oral sex act can result in either the giving or the receiving partner catching an STI. However, rates of transmission are significantly higher for one particular situation. Any time a person is giving fellatio to a partner who has a STI, their risks are higher than other types of oral sex. This occurs because ejaculate fluid contains high levels of the infection. Infections are easily spread through this activity, causing the giving partner to end up with a mouth or throat infection.
