Anal blisters are a sign that you could have the virus because they are much like the sores that you would get around your mouth. The blisters might go away on their own, or they could burst to become a sore and be much harder to deal with. These blisters can appear very suddenly. Getting an STD test is very important so that you can become aware of any issues. The quicker you can deal with a problem the better, especially if treatment or medication is necessary.
