1. Cold Sores
Cold sores are typically a symptom of HSV1 and will most likely occur around the mouth. It is important to understand that just because you have cold sores around the mouth, this does not mean that you will contract genital herpes. However, cold sores are extremely contagious and should be treated immediately. If you notice that your cold sores aren’t going away with over the counter treatment, please see a doctor.
