5. Blisters on genitals
During an actual herpes outbreak, there are blisters that form on the skin, usually in the genital region. Unfortunately, these blisters are extremely painful and are very, very contagious. If you have blisters, do not engage in any sexual contact before you visit your doctor who will then prescribe you medicine to treat this.
